Celebrate the life of cricket’s greatest batsman with a curated tour through the Bradman Collection, Sir Donald’s private and personal collection. Witness the controversy of the 1930’s Bodyline series as your expert guide examines the rifle used to guard the pitch as threats of tampering rose to the surface, on display in the Bodyline Museum. Sit in the player’s viewing room, where the greats prepared to bat and walk the path of champions.
Complete this VIP experience with a one-on-one talk with a Senior Groundsman, talking pitch preparation and the opportunity to join the legends who played at the Oval by creating your own surname plate to display on the century old scoreboard—an honour bestowed on very few.
Curated tour through the key collections including Bradman Collection, Bodyline Museum, Committee Room, Sheffield Shield and International Cricket. Behind the scenes access to the Player’s Viewing Room, International Player’s Changeroom, Adelaide Oval Turf (excluding pitch), inside the century old Scoreboard. Overview of the pitch preparation with a Senior Groundsman. Preparation of a scoreboard name plate with each participant’s surname and photo in front of the scoreboard with the plate displayed—each participant receives a 6”x8” printed photo and an Adelaide Oval premium souvenir.
