Bangarra is one of Australia’s most celebrated cultural institutions: professional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performers creating award-winning dance theatre for audiences across Australia and the world.
Your signature experience begins with a personal Acknowledgement of Country and Smoking Ceremony before enjoying Indigenous canapés and cocktails together. Bangarra’s Artistic Director Frances Rings or a member of the creative team and alumni dancers will share their insights into the company’s fascinating history on a behind-the-scenes tour.
Depending on the performance schedule, you’ll have the rare opportunity to step into the Bangarra rehearsal room and watch a masterpiece take shape; or see the finished product on stage.
