Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing this site you accept the terms and conditions outlined here and, where relevant, on other pages of this same website. Cultural Attractions of Australia (CAOA) reserves the right to make amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Pricing and Booking Conditions
The purpose of the CAOA collective is to create, promote and actively advance Australia’s cultural tourism offering. Each member has its own particular tourist attraction and its own unique reservation details, cancellations policies, booking conditions and payment contacts. These are noted under each experience within the website and additional conditions may be provided at the time of booking. In these terms and conditions, the CAOA member is referred to as a Member Attraction.
All experience prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), per person and based on two guests travelling together unless otherwise stated by CAOA or by the Member Attraction. All experiences require pre-booking and are subject to availability at time of booking. Block out dates, minimum and maximum numbers may apply. Booking conditions may apply and should be asked for and understood at time of booking.
NOT A BOOKING AGENCY
You acknowledge that CAOA is not a booking agency but acts primarily as a referring agency to the Attraction. Any bookings or travel arrangements you may make will be made directly with the Member Attraction and will be subject to its terms and conditions applicable at the date of booking.
NO WARRANTY
CAOA provides no warranty in connection with the services offered by or the performance of the Member Attraction and you acknowledge that all of your rights, benefits and liabilities will derive from the terms and conditions offered by the particular Member Attraction.
NO LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law and unless caused by the negligent or reckless conduct of CAOA or its officers or employees, CAOA will not be liable for any claims, actions, loss or damage whatsoever arising out of personal injury or death, or property damaged, loss of service including consequential, exemplary or punitive damages which may arise in connection with any contract or arrangement you may have with a Member Attraction and CAOA accepts no liability whatsoever for the acts or omissions of any Member Attraction or any other travel agency or tour operator which may provide services to you whether as a result of any referral by CAOA or otherwise.
