Begin with a guided tour where guests will discover the captivating history of one of the world’s most iconic buildings. Explore inside this remarkable architectural achievement, which is UNESCO World Heritage listed, and hosts over 1800 performances each year.

After the tour, your guests will be escorted to their surprise opera recital, an unforgettable experience by one of Australia’s talented opera singers, accompanied by a pianist in one of our beautifully designed spaces. Guests will be entertained by popular arias, and discover what it takes to hit the high notes of opera, firsthand.

To elevate the experience, combine the Taste of Opera performance with a private function featuring signature cocktails and canapés, or a tailored 3-course dinner held in the Yallamundi Rooms or one of our iconic event spaces.

Your guests will be amazed and calling for an encore after a Taste of Opera at the Sydney Opera House.

INCLUSIONS

Sydney Opera House Tour (1 hour or 30-minute Tour). 20-minute private opera recital. Piano hire, set and tune. 1 x Opera singer and 1 x Pianist. Session includes 2 x Arias and 1 encore, talent will introduce each aria prior to performing, and provide a brief opera synopsis. A selected venue provided by the Opera House for the opera recital only.

Upgrade:
Combine with a private function, or dinner at one of our restaurants for smaller groups/FITs, based on budget requirements. Extra Opera recital sessions can be arranged at additional costs for large groups. Price does not include: private venue hire when a function is added, food and beverage, technical costs. This product is ideal for incentive/corporate groups or a significant special occasion.
